Starred restaurant in name and in fact. Truly a very satisfying experience, an October evening almost at the end of the season, it was just us and the entire restaurant dedicated to us. The maitre Luigi is an extremely nice and professional person with whom we willingly exchanged opinions and thoughts on the cuisine and on the magnificent area in which we find ourselves. Very successful dishes full of flavors where each component was the protagonist. We also tasted the estate's wines which were all very interesting. The concept is km 0 with great wisdom in combining flavours. Value for money adequate for a starred hotel. Keep it up!
I went to visit the facility and to buy some oil. Magnificent place, even more so the girls at the reception and the boy at the point of sale: they are truly exquisite and genuine. What about Roberto, chef Caterina's father? I definitely have to go back!
Nice experience despite the absence of the chef. The (very young) staff was fully up to the task of managing both the kitchen and the dining room, even if they forgot the pepper along the way! I didn't have the menu, because I preferred the surprise and therefore I later discovered the oversight. Delicious dishes and the divine podolica, the dessert good even if a little weak compared to the rest of the menu.
